Consequently, this industry experience allows us to expedite and economize the development of commercially ready process solutions. In many instances, our proprietary technology can serve as a basis or platform for the development of advanced technologies, and we will pre-negotiate our participation in these business models. Our Collaborative or Industry Partners retain the rights to technology implementation, and have commercialization rights for the resulting intellectual property.

Collaborative Partner * Technology Development

Licensing agreements are signed with corporate partners that provide funding for early stage research and development efforts. Generally, payment is accomplished over the term of a research contract. Typically, these collaborative arrangements function best where there is a requirement for considerable investment in research, development and implementation, as well as extensive marketing efforts. Our collaborative partners usually provide the infrastructure to support these requirements, and therefore are in a strong position to commercialize the process or product.
